This site brings about gracefulness and knowledge-based improvement in different aspects of our thoughts and actions to live a meaningful life. Sincerity solves many problems and seldom brings trouble to us. It benefits us by enabling us to fight the good battle, as in the words of Marcus Aurelius—"Disgraceful is the soul to give up when the body is still going strong."

Let there be this one spiritual practice to remove all your insecurities!

Most of us, including me, devote ourselves to God.

Despite holy people not believing in the sanctity of God, they must still become devotees. In which case, submit to yourself or devote yourself to a cause.

Such spirituality will construct something better within your body and mind at every second of your life.

To become a devotee, you have to understand that neither you nor others matter. Let the path towards the goal get covered up with companion virtues like consistency, hard work, routine, prayers, good intentions, reflections, and fearlessness. This path and your companions matter.

Do not take yourselves or others seriously.

It is just a conversation today.

It is just a conjecture.

It is just a gesture.

When you leave all your guards, something inside you makes a paradoxical drift towards feeling more secure and grounded.

If you have devoted yourself to something that took, say, a few months or years to manifest in its present form, it will take just 10 minutes of maintenance practice to pray or meditate or perform or read and assimilate or write and so on now and in the future. You are there. You are ready. You are done.

Spirituality is a tremendously powerful mode of life in which you can continue meditating for hours, not realizing that you were productive side by side but spent not only a few hours but years in devotion towards God or your object of devotion.

With devoted endeavors, one day you will open your eyes like Gautam Buddha and notice a lighter and brighter mind and a flexible body that can be in a yoga pose for 10–15 minutes, whereas a few years ago it must have been difficult to stay still even for 2 minutes. (As an example)

This patience enables you to resist internal and external disturbances. You do not have to worry because with spirituality you become more perceptive and observant. You will look at people intently and love them the way they are while understanding the fact that everyone is going through a lot, even though they do not acknowledge it.

Without devotion you needn’t do the task; it lacks the lustre of a metal, lacking the juice of liveliness if you are not devoted. Such arrangements are placid, fruitless, and fragile, as their foundation is not based on devotion.

You are in the right direction if you are devoted. Take my word for it.

God has a plan, a path for you.

In biblical words:

Psalm 119:48

“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”

Devotion is secular. It is a fruitful practice in every religion.

Such devotion builds your life, creates bigger things, and manifests your vision towards meaningful work. I always wanted to write textbooks in medicine, and within a year I co-authored 3 textbooks and 2 health education materials, which is because of devoted writing.

Try devotion in all your relationships and abstract or material things like spirituality, career building, national character, wealth generation, cultural upliftment, and so on.

Try devotion for the divine upliftment of your mind, body, and soul that is devoted towards a cause. This means your religious rituals mean nothing if you don’t put your sweat and heart into them.

First become devoted to a cause, then see the magic happen.

Achieve.
