This site brings about gracefulness and knowledge-based improvement in different aspects of our thoughts and actions to live a meaningful life. Sincerity solves many problems and seldom brings trouble to us. It benefits us by enabling us to fight the good battle, as in the words of Marcus Aurelius—"Disgraceful is the soul to give up when the body is still going strong."

To achieve something in life, such as spirituality, progress can be judged based on the following parameters:

  1. Your time span for reading worthwhile books has increased substantially.
  2. Your distractions have lessened.
  3. You don’t fear cunningness when someone breaches your peace by walking away from them.
  4. People laugh at you out of jealousy.
  5. You are inclined toward gaining knowledge.
  6. You feel relaxed in yourself.
  7. You don’t feel like commenting on anyone.
  8. You work better and are better at analyzing other people’s work.
  9. You don’t need to validate your thoughts and actions.
  10. You love and hate at the same time, the same person, and achieve emotional stability.

Spiritual competence is straightforward to develop, but not spirituality. The former is about dealing with others through spirituality, while the latter is more about self-reflection.

Happiness does not come from external achievements, as envious individuals may try to undermine you because they feel inferior to you. You are not seeking validation from them. When they become helpless, they start passing harmful and vulgar remarks. Spirituality helps you tackle such scoundrels by your own mental peace and guidance from God.

There is something called grounded actions whereby thought provocation becomes of no value to you. You simply look at yourself and are not bothered by others who always question your presence.

People feel obliged to accept their mistakes in your presence and want a meaningful relationship with you in the form of guidance and opportunities.

Creating yourself into a spiritual person is a very long journey of flare-ups and melt-downs. You tend to understand success as personal in the form of internal achievements not metered by others.

Today I was going through a module on non-communicable disease prevention with multisectoral coordination. It triggered my mind towards spiritual health and healing which wasn’t mentioned in the module, but I thought of guided meditation that could heal fatty liver also. Spirituality enables exceptional healing among people in the form of their nutrition, sleep, happiness, appetite, work potential, and capabilities.

The most sensitive sign of spirituality is no distractions and long-term immersion in things that you wish to complete.

Spiritual self-monitoring by the ten points that I have mentioned is very important to judge yourself against in terms of connectedness towards yourself and correcting your inner vices.

You feel more evolved and lighter with each coming day, more improved in skills and work. Your mind becomes stable, and your sufferings lessen.

Try to self-correct if there is still work to do in any of the above 10 points. If you correct one point, several others are corrected holistically.

For example, if you develop undistractedness, your concentration increases, and you read better, heal better, and succeed better in your professional pursuits.
