This site brings about gracefulness and knowledge-based improvement in different aspects of our thoughts and actions to live a meaningful life. Sincerity solves many problems and seldom brings trouble to us. It benefits us by enabling us to fight the good battle, as in the words of Marcus Aurelius—"Disgraceful is the soul to give up when the body is still going strong."

Soul cleansing spiritual success is a pursuit humans have indulged in time and again. It is a kind of addiction, and anything that we get used to makes us leave it for a new adventure due to anger at not feeling fulfilled as we are.

The better way to deal with inner agitations is to become methodical and deal with things one by one, giving each thing full attention and delegating adequate time so that we don’t fail due to reluctance, procrastination, and boredom.

We become adept at finishing tasks when they are divided into smaller parts so that we do not feel the burden of them.

Gradually, in finishing each part, we are gratifying ourselves without getting angry at others or our destiny. With every gratification, we tend to pick up more difficult adventures and keep improving each time. Hard work seems like amusement, not suffering.

We do not blame anyone if we read 500 words at a stretch and then another 500 after an hour’s nap or cooking meals to continue from where we stopped. But we shall curse everyone if we need to study some 6000 words in one day with a presentation awaiting the next day.

Methodical minds do not mess up easily unless the environment around them renders them incapable. Because we need two hands to clap. A person alone can do things only to a certain extent. To really be methodical, we need to explore ways that other wise people have undertaken to complete tasks.

Marcus Aurelius wrote:

“Remember—your responsibilities can be broken down into individual parts as well. Concentrate on those, and finish the job methodically—without getting stirred up or meeting anger with anger.”

Enemies lie hidden inside; those who blurt out in anger are not as dangerous as those who are conspiring with a smile expecting us to fail in life.

Your vice is the conspiring enemy that if you don’t correct or lessen, and consequenty go to a therapist with a fixed mindset that you have to change your behavior, with superficial actions, you will fail to address your inner turmoil. You need to agitate the core and neutralize that anger that arises due to interpersonal disputes or personal nonaccomplishments. Anger must subside for smooth functioning of our body and mind for long.

Not many people in the world become angry because of others. They get angry with others due to themselves and how others affect them.

Personal attacks trigger a cascade of unthoughtful reactions that might cause agony to both sides. Protect yourself from personal attacks by developing a calm composure with to the point assertive non-conformity to the attacker.

Do not disturb yourself because of others’ selfishness.

Do not disturb yourself to the extent that you are only left with last-minute attempts creating more anger inside you.

All that is required is to focus on smaller chunks of your problem and find solutions to these chunks methodically, after analyzing what needs to be addressed first at the moment, whether it is your crying infant or your demanding boss. Then solve both through your strategies that will clear both obstacles, and you can move on further while progressing with meaningful work.
