People to fall-back upon are mostly friends and family. Only purely they create our foundations on which we build our life. What they tell us, we listen to with faith and try to follow seriously.
Our culture defines us which is our dealings with friends, family and workspaces.
Culture defines the common law to save the aggrieved. It is the best treatment or prescription a doctor advises to his patient, we try that the person is well acclimatized to their environment, and make sure that his recovery happens in a healthier environment.
All seems sugary and well for all people on this Earth. But when one is carrying responsibility, more than the back-up, we need to stand upright to take correct decisions in life for others whom we lead in our family or community, and largely the country.

Far-sightedness is essential, and it is a rudimentary ability to cross-question or analyze any untoward situation. I found one doctor in the ward say,” I anticipated this outcome, thank God the dose was high, increase it further now by 2 units so that we can manage and still prevent the collapse of this patient.”
A good leader anticipates damage done to his team due to the wrong decisions they take. Things cannot be flawless, but everything is corrigable. For example, a leader leading themselves bears the consequences of his decisions and is responsible for them, he does not back-off that it was someone else’s fault unless he is truly finding faults and getting to the root cause of any situation that has developed.
Leaders are answerable and should have details, and transparency to share the truth. Though there is no absolute truth, for things that matter, there is measurable information. Most approximate simulation data or real-time calculations may not be available, it is then when the leader falls-back on intuition and experience.

One must also understand that everything is temporary on this planet. We have to let go to let other people take responsibility now. It was your era but not anymore. After years of hard-work, the father has to take a back seat.
The father guides his son only sometimes, rest of the times the son can use his intelligence independently. The intelligence is usually developed by careful parenting. People with high morals make sure that their children learn all good things in life and stand on their own feet and not depend too much on back-up by people he falls back upon.

When we fall short of support, time-tested words that calm most people are “Believe in yourself.” Because when your bad times come, you don’t end with your life, you keep moving and that is the way out. By moving further on all flare-ups melt.
Someone who was causing us displeasure at workplace, suddenly seems quite unimportant as soon as they leave the job. All jealousies, and vices that were hampering our relationship, are redirected towards those who are currently working with us. Very rarely we would compare with the previous co-worker. But that is not hurting anymore while during those days, we had that adrenaline surge immediately upon seeing them at the desk.

Act with determination for everything that seems important to you. Love what you do and this love, effort put in to develop your children or projects will show because sincere effort is quite visible and evident.
Never leave your guards. One must always fall-back upon their abilities that bring out immense potential of a human being.
Through self-awareness you would know how much you can stretch or do what you can and not look for things beyond what you cannot do or achieve. Build this type of understanding and clarity in your life.
With such awareness you can solve any difficulty and rise another day with commitment that things will turn out in your stride ultimately because your intention wasn’t to destroy others, but fall-back upon in times when you needed help recover from a setback or deplorable opinions outside your control.
