Exploring a lot of options is counterproductive

Permanence is a very emotionally satisfying experience. Human beings want to feel settled and have a routine to follow.
It is simply fulfilling when you eat, wear, drink, and dwell in similarity. People open to different experiences or searching for change every day might distract them from their cause or purpose of living.
Permanence in buying from the same vendor or similar vendors is quite comfortable, economical, and familiar. It adds on to your daily progress by decreasing the impact of distraction-associated stress, thus improving your lifestyle.
I will share some examples.
The best health magazine in India, according to me, is “Happiest Health,” and the other one that needs to be referred to is Health-National Geographic for the current knowledge of health-related trends or as a gratifying source for any health enthusiast. Looking at every other post on health is very addictive. One keeps exploring every other article on their phone and thinks that they must follow the given information which is substandard.
One can read their favorite authors or trust their health coach for suggestions on improving their disease status. But people addicted to health are binge-buying products due to the many options recommended by digital vendors. It is baseless and detrimental to healthy living in the long run. One must follow testified and trusted sources and keep just one hour a day for exploring health information by yourself or through your coach or favorite authors.
Another example is,
We have to buy fruits and vegetables always from that vendor at the corner of the road or the supermarket 20 minutes’ drive away because it is familiar, costs you less, and you know what kind of produce it is, and it is a trusted food source that is pleasurable for your brain because you like that activity and you tend to personalize your nutrition-related lifestyle. The advantage of this fact is that you are testifying to your nutrition, you know the quality of what you are buying according to your budget, and you can make dietary changes based on food availability at your convenience. Moreover, you inculcate a routine or regime in buying food, like going to that place every Sunday and filling up your fridge; this method also would remove distractions and take care of your day in a few hours’ time so that you become productive with respect to other important time allocations. You know your kitchen, and your expenses are reduced due to avoidance of binge buying. Don’t give yourself unnecessary options, which might cause you poor concentration and addiction to buying from multiple vendors. You can permanently and loyally work with two to three vendors, which provides enough variety.
Stick to your fashion statement.
By the age of 40, you must be branded in clothes. You needn’t be a celebrity for it; you can reach Janpath and pick up clothes from the roadside vendors infrequently. You get the knack of it if that is your source or that small little shop in the corner whose t-shirts fit you perfectly. Again, it cuts your costs, and you don’t have to waste money on stuff that is no good, which you waste or dump, increasing clutter in your wardrobe. You can live by one expensive source and 2-3 non-expensive ones, and with permanence, you do not have regrets as to the “Why did I buy this t-shirt at all?” kind of stress your wardrobe gives you every day when you look at it and can’t bear to throw it away.
Being sincere to your vendors, designers, and coach helps you delegate your stress. They suggest something new; they know you and the money that you are willing to spend on food, clothes, or any other service. They know their market value and are abreast of trends. This helps you to choose the best for yourself even if your budget is economical.
Think about it.
Do not take stress and be sincere to your vendors to control spending and experience a permanent and comfortable lifestyle at least by 40 years of age so that you can concentrate on the work that consumes you throughout the day or something you sell to earn with sincerity.
